One more shrink plastic project...I used small plastic condiment containers to make favor-sized baskets.
To make the shrink plastic...start by sanding the surface of the shrink plastic with fine grade sand paper or a nail buffer block. Stamp with a permanent ink (like Staz-On) and color with colored pencils. Be sure to punch holes, if needed, before you shrink the plastic.

How CUTE is that? Really love how you did the handle with twisted wire and the dang cute elephant and pretty flowers. Totally sweet.
