Made it just in the nick of time!!! I had every intention of getting this post up earlier today...but, sometimes things just don't go as planned. Oh well... Here is what I finished (I'll share the other half of my post tomorrow):
I made these little candy pouches out of vellum (cut to 3-1/2" x 7"). Then I put 3 strips of double stick tape as shown in the photo below:
Form a "tube" and adhere...close one end, fill with candy, then close the other end. Use a paper crimper to finish off the two ends. Here's a closer look at the topper:
