Dog House

Here's a quick and easy favor for your next dog-themed party!!  Click here for a pattern.

Cut along solid lines and fold along dotted lines.  Apply double stick tape to each of the 6 tabs.  Punch 1/8" holes as indicated by the dots on the pattern (2 holes on the house and 2 holes on the roof).  Cut a small piece of acetate measuring 1-1/2" wide and 1-1/4" tall.  Glue your dog  in the center.  Add foam dots to each corner (I'm using really small dots but if you have a larger size, just cut to the right just don't want the foam dots visible through the dog house opening).

Adhere the first two tabs to the dog house front.  Position the acetate piece with your dog image to the inside of the opening...centered in the opening with feet on the ground.

Adhere the next 2 tabs to the back of the dog house.

Adhere half the roof to the last 2 tabs.

Cut a 9" piece of cord or ribbon.  Starting from the inside of the house, thread each end of the cord through the 2 holes...continue each end through each hole in the roof.  Insert your treats and tie the cord into a bow.
