A simple favor for your holiday gathering...simply fold half a round doily into a cone shape, glue onto a card and fill with small treats. Stamps are from MC-9 (Snowflakes) and MC-33 (Merry Christmas).

Happy Trick or Treating!!!
Whenever I'm stuck for an idea, I end up going through some old projects...drag them out, dust them off and try them again. Is that cheating? Oh well...here's one from awhile ago...maybe it'll give you a creative spark!!
It's a candy bar card...pull the ribbons apart to reveal a surprise!!!

Gift Bag? Card?
A little of both!! Looks like a gift bag from the outside:
Open it up and there's space for a greeting and a note on the inside (along with some treats!!):
I used a 3" x 4" cello bag to fill with treats...then just staple under the top and bottom tabs. Use velcro to close and add a handle!!!
Stamps used: C125 (Elliot the Pirate), B129 (Vampire Baxter), 705 (Trick or Treat) and A127 (I Vant)
oops...almost forgot the pattern...click here. Have a great night!!!

Hawaiian Christmas
A little bit of Hawaiian Christmas spirit to send during the holidays...
I wove some 3/8" strips of tan card stock to look like a lauhala background:
And a gift tag:
I popped up the flowers and the smaller tag for a more dimensional effect...here's a close-up:
All stamps for these two projects are from MC-36 (Hawaiian Christmas). Thanks for stopping by today!!!

Playing with Penguins
Got a chance to play with our new cling set, MC-35 (Holiday Gift Card) and came up with a couple of holiday ideas. The first is, of course, a gift card holder!!! Notice how I colored the gift card stamp to match the real gift card...you don't have to make it exact, just try to get the right colors in there!!!
It's a tri-fold card that fits into a regular A2 envelope. Start with a 4-1/2" x 12" piece of card stock. Score 2-1/2" from top for top fold and 4" from bottom for bottom fold. Click here for pieces you'll need to cut the window. Cut out the larger pattern piece and place it on the bottom section of the card (as shown, below) to cut out the window.
The smaller pattern piece is for the dotted frame (below). Fold the bottom section of your card up and adhere a 2-3/4" x 4" piece of acetate over the window opening. Glue or tape the frame over the acetate. Position your gift card on the inside of the card so that it is visible through the window...fasten with double stick tape. Tie a ribbon to hold the card closed.
Next up is a gift tag...it's always fun to add a little something extra to your package...for this tag I added a single serving pouch of coffee...along with these 2 penguin buddies:
Click here for the tag pattern. Simply cut along solid lines and fold along dotted lines...apply double stick tape to the tabs, as shown below:

Stop by again soon!!!
