One last project for the weekend!!! Chinese New Year is coming up on January 31...the Year of the Horse!! I made a simple matchbook cover (but turned it on its side) to hold a little sesame candy treat. To make...cut a strip of card stock measuring 2" x 6-5/8"...score at 3/4", 3-3/4" and 4-1/8", then fold. Staple the treat into the 3/4" fold, wrap around the candy then tuck the end into the stapled tab. Super easy!!! I used stamps from MC-42 (Year of the Horse)...plus a few sakura flowers (in gold) from CL-8 (Friends Cling Set).
Clever and sweet.... Great treat holders to give out...
